Lethal93TA,
That looks killer with all of the AN fitting welded. How much, what sizes for the entire setup you have in the pic. I might want to replicate that setup myself

its not cheap, cost to do the rad lines in -20 alone was close to 500 bucks.

I know it's not cheap, but that has never stopped from pouring money into the bottomless pit that is a F-body

I just cut my top & lower rad support last-night. Glad I did it. Mounting a crank drive and vac pump on the right side. D1 on the left side. I will reuse my be-cool rad (a tighter fit). (97ss 383 - D1 M6). B.

Not without custom braided lines to replace all the A/C hard lines.

Can the bottom hose on the drivers side from the radiator to the waterpump be deleted???

Also I just deleted the hoses going to the heater core and blocked them off(didn't loop), so if that is fine, then this is all we need....

Two main big hoses off radiator to waterpump, steam hose from back of heads to the top of radiator on the passenger side, and overflow hose.

EDIT: looks like we can delete the bottom hose to the radiator and to the bottom of the waterpump

yes you can get rid of it I did, that bottom line is for the oil cooler, I had NPT fittings welded into my pump so I can put what ever I want to in the holes where the lines were.

I bought the fittings from summit and took them to my local tig welding shop, they only charged me 30 bucks to weld everything in with me fittings all the pieces in there places.

if you want to keep the AC you would have to cut the lower rad support to to make up the hight of it from standing it up and really with the condensor there you wouldnt be gaining much room and you couldnt stick the rad straight up with out moving the bottom back some. if your going as far as cutting the support out more than likly you have a decent motor under the hood and its not driven much on the street where you need AC. just go with out AC.

Could put a smaller condenser out of another car *idea*... But with my routing of pipe a/c is impossible. Could have kept it by doing it another way, but this was just kinda how i wanted everything

Can you list the all the A/N parts for the radiator and the H2O pump. I want to price everything out from summit or a sponsor if there is one that sells the items ?

Please
