I
used stainless steel convoluted tubing when I did this. The convoluted tubing is flexible, turns a modest radius, and the bends you put in it stay.
Mgray who stocks that tupe of hose??

Unless you are using some sort of a precision fitting such as a flare or o-ring, make sure you get an annular hose. If you simply use a section of rubber hose as a coupling, the helical hose will leak in the same way an NPT thread will. I wouldn't try Teflon tape or paste here.

Been done with mine, I could post a pic, order the radiator with the Steam line from Griffin, they charge an additional $25 or so.

This is the radiator I ordered. GRI-1-45242-X, I had to go with this one because the S400 is a very large turbo. I couldnt use the 3.0" thick radiator - GRI-1-25222-X. The second one is the one most people are using for their DIY front mount turbo kits.

Those part numbers you mentioned on the radiator seem to be the same height as the stock radiator. Did you lower the lower rad support as well in order to get it to stand straight up? I am in the process of doing this myself, and i went wit ha 15.5 inch tall radiator so i can get it to fit the way i want it.
