This is the reason for my earlier point that while GM may lose some customers with a new name, they may also appeal to new customers for whom the name "Camaro" has a negative image, especially if the new car looks significantly different.

Of course, since the latter group mostly doesn't read this message board, but the former group (those who care about the name) does, I suspect the responses to my earlier post may not be representative. :-)

Yeah, Camaro might have more room inside, but the mustang has a much bigger trunk.
Man, I miss my trunk in my old buick, had 4 body capacity
