Actually I don't think you have to know someone on the inside. All enthusiasts are welcomed, as are your opinions. But, please be aware how you state things.

We will bite back

What I was meaning by this is Everyone seems to know someone that knows someone who deals with someone who knows someone that Actually works for GM.

Unless it comes From RP or someone WHO Knows the ins & Outs of GM then It might be true. Heck Even RP cant say stuff yet But if you read between the lines in some of his post ya might get something thats May or may not be there.

Ok I Do know RP I have talked to him a few times in Person & Emailed him a few times over the last 4yrs of knowing him. We have joked about him giving me a job.

If he came out & said That the Camaro might be coming back as a two seater,4 banger that can go from Seattle Washington to Mars on one tank of gas & that it will be out in two days. I am not going to go running to the boards & said I have a friend that told me Expacially if he said dont let it out on the boards. I will sit back & watch what happens.

RP is not just a GM Employee hes one of the best guys just to sit down & talk to. It may be cars, It may be Mars Or it just may be Airplanes. I think the whole 3hrs we were in a Seattle Hotel with him we maybe spent 20mins on the cars & the rest of the time it was on Airplanes & his friends.

so very true. in fact, just the other day i saw scott settlemire driving a new mustang. he was at a stop light ( i was right next to him in my z28) and i heard him yell out, "I love this mustang!" You should have seen the smile on his face. It kind of made me feel like a was a red headed bastard child left at the supermarket by my trusted parents. I can't really talk about it any more. I still get a lump in the back of my throat when I try to hold back my tears.

sorry

2. Some (Lutz) will even go so far as to spread dis-information.

3. The prospect of the name being changed is real....

BUT, to say as a matter of fact that the Camaro is not coming back is premature at best and mis-informed at worst....
Doug pretty much summed this up for ya Niki.
