Ok well I have all the mods in my sig. I got my pcm back from Ion and after I put it in the car felt like the fuel pump went out. I installed a walbro today and it still wont start. Acts like it isnt getting enough fuel. Any ideas?

 

Get fuel pressure readings, perhaps its your fuel pressure regulator.

 

Need a little more detail other than "acts like it needs more fuel".

If fuel pressure regulator, check the vacuum line for gas or the smell of gas.

If injectors lift the fuel rails up and prime the car, watch for leaky injectors

If fuel pump, well if it is not the other two it is obviously this one.

Also, I did not see injectors in your list. Maybe you need bigger ones.

 

Did you check for codes? If you lose the low res pulse from the Opti (DTC 16), it shuts down the fuel system.
