First, verify what fuel pressure your prgrammer figured you were using when he tuned the PCM. If you didn't specifically tell him that you were running a fuel pressure other than stock, its likely he assume you were running the stock pressure.

With the engine running, vacuum line disconnected (and plugged) set the fuel pressure at 43.5psi.

Weird thing is... I didn't tell the programmer that I was running 52psi at idle. But it was dyno tuned and the tuner said the a/f was fine at idle?

Pardon my ignorance, but you mean the vacuum line on the FPR right?
