Fans Not turning ON at ALL.

What tells the Relay to turn the fans on besides the temp gage in the Water Pump?? Ive changed that and got nothing. There is no Custum tune or anything and Ive red lined it once and no Fans turny. LOL

Got them running off a switch for now, if I cant figure it out I,m going to leave it like that.

have you tried swapping out the relay with a known good one (swap the ABS relay with the fan relay) to see if the fans work then? With the A/C on and car running, check for 12v at the fan connector with it unplugged (use a meter and test between the 2 wires of each connector). The fans on our cars only operated on a basic power/ground 2 wire circuit. Find a schematic and start finding where your missing either your 12v or ground. You can start from the relay, fuse, pcm, or fan connectors to trace it.

DID all of the above and no such luck, power ground is good so is he relay. Something is not telling the relay to turn the fans on.

Not to mention if you takea wire and jump the links were you put the relay the fans turn on so I know the connections are good.

What temperatures are you seeing? The fans don't come on at low speed until 226*F, and at high speed until 235*F (stock programming). The PCM reads the coolant temp from the sensor in the water pump, and sends a signal to the relays based on the programmed fan on/off temps.

Are you sure that the sensor for the temp guage is correct? Was it really 250*F when it "red lined"?

Do the fans come on when you turn the A/C on?

Have you scanned it for codes? There are codes for the fan relays.

That may be it, but they dont turn on when you turn on the AC either. NO codes that are temp related, just misfires up the *** which is another headache I cant figure out, GOD damn LTCC is just a big **** up if you ask me.

Seams the Misfires and stumbling are worse when its warmer. Today it wanted to die at idle and at one point wouldnt start back up.

I,m really wanting to drive this thing off a damn cliff, Ive already rebuilt the motor hoping all the problems would go away since it had a chewed up cam from prevoius owner " BIGSHAFE". If I had even a bit O money I would sell it and just get a new one. I,m getting to old for this crap and I dont have time to keep screwing with it.
