uggh wtf, went abd bought a flared metric set, the 12mm fits good, but the bolts are so damn tight that the wrench still wants to move around the bolt, not move the bolt

maybe some liquid wrench? this is the last thing i need to take off.

Might try that or some PB Blaster. From my experience with a tight flare fitting, it is best to put the wrench on, remove any slack in the direction you are turning and give the wrench a sharp pop with your other hand to break it free. Sometimes putting constant and increasing pressure only causes the fitting to round off. There is a fine line between damaging and not damaging a fitting.
