Custom plug wires

Ok I get how to crimp the ends on to the plug wire. But how do you get the rubber boot to fit over and turn the 90?

Put the boot on the wire first. Pull enough wire out the plug end of the boot so you can crimp the connector on the wire. Pull the connector/wire end into the boot gently, using the other end of the wire.

I just use a little silicone lube and it (the boot) slides right on.
