Turbo install *nightmare* PTK / PTS LT1 front mount
Part 1 Radiator cooling
Radiator support - you can see my notes on the bumper as to the final location of the hood latch point

It all fits!
Full size radiator, factory fans, and AC with just a touch to spare the factory hood will close. What you can not see is where I tucked the oil cooler and trans cooler...

Part 2 non engine radiator cooling
AFT cooler is tucked under the car. A scoop / shield will be made once this setup proves its worth.
In this location it will not restict flow to the FMIC and main radiator.

Tucking the engine oil cooler int the front bumber / fender area keeps the FMIC and main radiator free of restriction as well. The 11"x11" cooler with 10" 800CFM fan controlled by the second fan relay and PCM will keep the pan warming exhaust pipes at bay. The cooler is mounted very firmly and is not goin anywere.

10AN and 1/2" NPT in and out of every part will keep the oil flow moving.
The Remote spin on filter makes oil changes easy and get the filter away from the header and Y-pipe combo of death.
The 2in 2out oil filter ports let the turbo get a nice cool direct feed from the filter via 1/2" port to 4AN line.

-worthless waste gate pluming cut off
Why?!!!
the pic does not do justice to how far it was off.
in the end relocating the waste gate in the empty space
above and behind the pipes will work better.
All the vacuum / boost lines will not be clocked twards the hot exhaust pipes
and the waste gate will not be 1/2" from the driver side fan
Also not how close the gate is to the radiator tray!!

This pic was taken right after we slid the motor in.
The boss said "that looks tight, slide the radiator in and lets have a look."
If a picture is worth a 1000 words....
Then about 999 of the words from this pic would be F#$%!

Everything was off, Nothing would fit.
This is just the radiator! No fans, No Ac, just sitting on the factory radiator support.

I can't wait to run into PTK at SEMA or PRI.
bunch of parts on order
-mached up gauges,
-finished up oil system minus two AN fitings on order
-valve covers out for TIG

-acceltronic fueler installed

The kit includes 2 fans that have to be mounted in front of the radiator/ac radiator, I'm also installing this kit in the other side of the world (Ecuador), I have a thread with some pics of the install here:

It is pretty much impossible to find without knowing the part number. That radiator was a large chunk of change, but I don't want to chance it since the car will also see some road race duty.
