Wow, its been a while since I updated my post here! Heres the latest if you hadnt seen my posts on the other forums. I got rid of the A2A and went with an A2W setup. also finished the complete rewiring of the LT1 harness to get rid of all the crap I dont want/need and repinned it to an LS1 PCM... Im still working on alot of small things but the majority of the fabrication work is complete. once I get it fired up Ill get back on the interior/mini tubbing and watts link build.

Why are you putting the intercooler behind the radiator? Space?

Ya theres no way it would have fit in front of the radiator. Ill probably make a blanket for it to try to insulate it IF it causes a problem. right now the core is over sized for what I plan on doing so adding some heat from the engine bay doesnt really bother me. its still light years better that the IAT's I would have been seeing with an A2A

It's not the hot air blowing on the thing that concerns me since it's an A2W setup. I'm wondering how well the radiator is going to function with a big hunk of aluminum behind it hindering airflow through it.

thats the last thing im worried about. lol its really hard to see from the pics but more than half of the radiator is free and clear. I have two 14" spal fan going on there. its only tight against the radiator at the very top. also rememeber this radiator is 2.5+ times larger than a stocker.
