PSC Motorsports Racing Power Steering Pump LT1

Another good buy for someone. This was the majority of the $$$ kit that PSC used to sell, but is now discontinued.

I searched to find a high-flow LT1 PS pump after I burned mine up on Road Atlanta. They did not exist. So I picked up this setup. This kept cool and never burned up without ever skipping a beat. I thrashed it for 6 years. Still as good as new.

I had my alternator relocated down low and wasn't running A/C so I can't comment on what else you might need to retain A/C or alternator in the stock location.

I can't seem to find any pics, but this comes with the following:

Crank pulley that replaces the stock one
High flow PS pump
Relocation bracket and all bolts/nuts
AN-style outputs on the pump
I just might be able to find the instructions for the install

I can include some custom-made AN-hoses that I had made going to a Billet Specialties reservoir. But this was in my S10 and will probably not fit your application (unless of course you are swapping into an S10). This will add $50.

I can include my Billet Specialties reservoir. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bsp-77910/overview/
This will add $120 to your total.

I need $150 for the pump and bracket setup. Shipped. PayPal fees included. OBO!!!

Hit me up if interested. I'm going to try to post pics tonight.

Re: PSC Motorsports Racing Power Steering Pump LT1

Had to go back and research what pump kit I had exactly... Found this on the internet archive:

LT1 Pump Kit

(PK-1500-LT1F) Complete LT1 F-Body High Performance Pump Kit

$595.00

****MUST SPECIFY YEAR OF MOTOR WHEN ORDERING****

Allows you to mount a 1500 Series high performance pump to the drivers side of a GM-F body LT1 engine. Kit includes everything you need to the conversion except the pressure hose to go from steering pump to the steering gear or valve.

Kit Includes:

SP-1510X - N-Style 1500 Series Pump w/driver side return port
SR-155K - 8" Comp reservoir and hose kit
BK-MB31K - LT1 PS Pump Delete/Idler conversion
BK-MB36 - LT1 N-Style pump adapter bracket kit
PP-2450 - TC to P Pump adapt pulley
PP-3405 - LT1 Crank Pulley + 3-PC-F160
BT-60380 - 38" Serpentine Belt

*Kit requires new high pressure line

•Model: PK-1500-LT1F
•Shipping Weight: 25lbs
•Manufactured by: PSC

I did NOT HAVE THIS EXACT SETUP. Again, I was not running the stock A/C or Alternator bracket so I bastardized their kit and got what I needed only. Saved me a couple of bucks.

Hope this helps.
