In my 23+ years of driving, one thing remains constant above all else - most of us consider ourselves good drivers, but consider most others idiots.

Think about it.

By Idiot drivers I mean those who cant seem to CONTROL their cars.

I work 10miles from my house & ini the last 2 weeks I have seen cars almost hit the ditch because they are not watching where they are driving.
Drivers NOT go in to the turn lane (the center yellow lane) but turn .

One thing that I've noticed is that drivers of performance cars (those old enough that they don't seem like should still be in High School anyway) tend to be the most alert and responsive drivers.

Nearly every time I've been nearly run over by someone changing lanes right next to me without looking, nearly run off the road by lane changers in cars without the signal light option, nearly T-boned by a red light runner, blown by at 90 by someone going 100+, or seen someone weaving because they are yaking on the cell phone has been by someone in an SUV or FWD car.

I have never, ever had any of those experiences from someone driving a modern rear drive performance vehicle (including Lightnings ). I said modern because a bonehead in an old worn out 3rd gen once ran a light & took out a phone pole.... but even that wasn't the performance IROC or Z28.

Ah! I've not seen that yet. Not to get off topic, but I don't go to the movies much. I just wait for them to come out on DVD and buy them. Cheaper than going to the movies and I can watch it as much as I like. Plus there aren't any little kids kicking the back of my chair in my home theater

I'll be happy if they don't specifically design the rear hatch/spoiler combo to funnel water directly into the back seat when opened on a rainy day.

a black dash cover elimates 99% of the glare and saves your dash.

agreed, but it beats the glare and the accident. if only there was a non-glare paint that would adhere to the dash panels and still look good.

Like flat spray paint?

All that is needed is to remove the panel, wash it really good with a good grease cutting dish soap, then spray.
