They are not sure if he had alcohol in his system, but he did have an open container. So he will get at least a DUI. It supposedly takes 2 weeks for the blood tests to come back, but I think that is Either way, this guy should go to jail, and at THE VERY LEAST, NEVER DRIVE AGAIN! I don't want anyone else to have to go through this just because some piece of crap decided he wants to drink and drive.

 

You'd think after 2 DUI's he'd get the f-ing point. I bet we could throw something out of my t-tops going 120mph.
