The funeral is going to be friday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home next to O'rilleys in College Station. I am not sure when the viewing will be, but I will let you know as soon as I do. Thanks everybody for your support. His g/f and maybe his sister are going to come to car club tomorrow, so hopefully we can keep everybody (rice and trucks) under control. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks again.

You don't need to bring anything. Brook is going to bring some candles, so if you want to bring some or something else feel free. You don't need to bring anything though. Thanks again

HOLY SH*T.

Arron, I am so sorry to hear about that. If there is anything I can do let me know. My prayers go out to his family.

I just wanted to thank everyone who came out tonight. I would also like to just say thank you for your courtesy, understanding, and support. Matts family was really suprised and very impressed at all of us. They said thanks to everyone, and that it meant a lot to them. Thanks again.

Aaron,
there was an article in the paper today dealing with Matt's accident...it didn't say anything about the reason why that guy with the truck plowed into his car though....are they positive that the dude was drunk? Please tell me he isn't gonna get off free on this one? His family looked so devistated last night, that guy shoulda seen their faces and apologized to each one, then let each one of them take turns beating his a$$......

if he was drunk, he deserves to be punished.. severly. Unfortunatly, if he wasn't.. he will prolly get off pretty much "scott free" as you say, althought the fact he killed somebody will haunt him for the rest of his life.

God willing, it will haunt him until the day he dies.

Reckless driving (drunk or not) + killing someone = manslaughter

probably involuntary manslaughter. I'm guessing he'll get jail time and probation and lose his license.

He's an idiot. He deserves to be punished, but on the other hand, so many lives have been ruined or severly effected, hopefully it doesn't destroy another one.
