For starters, the fan change from 2 to 3 relay fans was made in mid 94 [referred to as 'early production(2 relays) or 'late production(3 relays) in 94 factory manual..]It has nothing to do with OBDI or OBDII..
95's are OBDI and have an OBDII ALDL..
So NO 94 or 5 LT1 F body's are OBDII, regardless of fan relay configuration..
96-7 LT1 F body's are OBDII.. hope this helps..[I meant to type OBDII here, it's edited now]

Whoops...I thought I already replied to this issue. Sorry!
They usually take around a week to make (since they are custom made to order). I do know that most of the orders from last week have shipped out and we will be in the process of notifying the customers once we verify shipment.
Some of you should be receiving them this week.

No not yet. I did recieve a email saying it was in process of awaiting shipment. I think maybe they are waiting till enough orders fill to ship. Which is ok considering the vendor does communicate to us on here. So untill they ship I guess we are all in the hold pattern.
