new to site down o headers trying to pick between hooker and ed quay any advice putting 454 in gen three

In all honesty, we're a bit low on 3rd Gen members. However, there was an old thread that rose to the surface recently, dealing with this topic:

Welcome to the site! Do some searching under 3rd Gen threads here and you might find what you're looking for.

Back around 1985 I got to ride in an IROC, I remember it was a 5 speed. I thought it was so cool. I was a teenager then, graduated HS in 1988.

Post some pics in the 3rd gen threads on your build, would love to see it.
