wierd problem

well i started my day normal drove my car to work and it to was running normal. every day i take out my injector fuses under the hood so it would be harder for some one to steal my car, any ways it started to raining lightly well i open the hood to re install the fuses and get in the car to start and it started right up ,only now it has a wierd miss fire so i pull over at the gas station to double check the fuses and every thing is correct.
so i start up the car and no change its misfiring and running rough ,and the engine is shaking, but i dont have an SES light on. by now its stopped raining so i decide to get on the gas and at first it would hesitate and wouldnt accellerate but then it all of a sudden drives normal again???? what was it causing the problem? i have new opti less then 1k on it new plugs , and wires what could it be

Would be helpful to know the year of the car and any major mods. Whether you get an SES light for a misfire depends on the year, for example.

If you have CAI, a wet air filter will cause the car to stumble until the filter dries out.

Opti or plug wires.
They'll do that when they get wet and leaking.
