simple solution wire your fans up to a manual switch like i did...works great and i have never had a problem

Try a local shop or auto parts store. They put it on a hand pumped pressure tester.

Had same problem on my LS1, replaced cap fixed it!!!

Got my radiator cap tested and it holds a little over 4 psi, lol. So I definitely need to replace that...
