Push rods Stock Length?

Push rods Stock Length?

I am putting the lt4 hot cam and 1.52 roller tipped rockers i know i will need hardened pushrods but will stock length work with decked heads? Any help is appreciated

Will if you decked your heads you should check the length with a PR length checker just to be on the safe side. They arent that much money and Comp Cams makes a pretty easy to read one

The cam doesn't determine the ratio of the rockers.

Always measure and determine your PR length to be sure. I believe the tool is $20.

If you are not using guideplates, hardened pushrods are not required.

ok well i guess i'm not sure if i'm using guide plates but my buddy has the tool for checking the pr length i am however unsure of the proper procedure for doing so any more help would be appreciated greatly thanks
