It didn't command either of the relays to come on until you turned the a/c on. Peak temp was 226 according to the log.
I think you're just freaking out over the stock fan programming really. However with cool ambient air temps I dont know that I ever had the fans come on when i was stock. Perhaps you should wait until the car is cool and check the fluid level in the radiator and the overflow tank. Then crawl under the front and be sure nothing is blocking the radiator.
If it bugs you that much set the fans to come on sooner in the pcm just to verify that they will in fact work and you dont risk overheating your engine. If you want to set them cooler permanently just toss a 160 or 180 degree thermostat in it. There is also the remote possibility that your thermostat has experienced some sort of mild failure and is not opening all the way, or at the right temp.
Also keep in mind thermostat ratings are where they first begin to open and are not fully open until about 15 degrees higher than that.

Directly after this point the ac request lights up and the fan comes on because you put the air on. As you can see the fan does not kick on until very high temp due to programming.
If it pukes coolant out of the tank alot of times its the radiator cap failing unless its actually boiling over which you may be.
Not really sure what other advice to give between your old thread and this one.

Basically what I'm saying is when I'm at a complete stop for an extended period of time whether that be a long stop light or slow drive thru, I can't have my car bubbling coolant all over the ground and what not. Can anyone offer some insight into what I can do to troubleshoot this further?
Ok I guess not... I'm gonna just go out on a limb and say that the gauge is off because on datamaster it shows that my temperature is 208 or so and my gauge is showing nearly in the red which is closer to like 240 or something, so maybe I need to replace my Temperature Gauge in the Driver's side head?
