Most people usually get their stock fuel rails modified with big fittings. If you want custom fuel rails for your setup your may want to contact Kinsler Fuel Injection. As far as pump and regulator I would recommend going with a Weldon pump and regulator. Also if you drive your car on the street I would recommend looking into a Voltage Regulator for your pump. What kind of setup are your planning on running?? Also if you do not want to sump your stock tank I know CAS makes a sumped tank.

Email them and ask them.

They make fuel rails for mustangs and I saw a setup on an fbody once as well.

Aeromotive does not make custom fuel rails for F-bodies. I called them a few weeks ago to confirm this.

As far as I could find out there are no aftermarket 4th gen specific fuel rails. I am having what I want fabbed up for this reason.

I was alos thinking the same thing down the road. Aeromotive is not to far from my house, when I get home from school. Maybe I can go down there and ask them. Heck, anything is worth a shot.

I have a buddy that works a pro charger, and he has a forged bottom end 98 cobra, with a d1cs on it that he bough from pro charger. Not done that welkl on the track, but I have seen it put down 550rwhp. Getting to my point, aeromotive doe not make fuel rails for his car wither, but in the deal with procharger, he was susposed to go down there and get them made. I have been off at school, and I dont know if he ended up getting them made, I dont know if that helps at all but I am bored.

Thanks guy's. I guess I'll try and get my fuel rails worked over.

What kind of setup are your planning on running??
This is for my Soild Roller 396 LT1. I'm running a 200 shot through it, and future plans may call for some sort of forced indution setup so I'd like to up grade the fuel system now.

George Baxter made 925HP with the stock LT1 rails, on a Vortech blown 383. Above that (1,125HP), he duplicated my system, which is a -6AN line from the SX billet fuel filter to the engine, splitting into a "Y" with a -6AN line into the back of each fuel rail, and the -6AN return taken off a fitting welded to the diagonal cross-over pipe. In effect, the flow capacity of the rails has been doubled, since you only need to feed 4 cylinders worth of fuel into each rail, as opposed to feeding 8 cylinders worth of fuel into the inlet side of a "U" type rail. The only "mod" to my rails is the -6AN fitting welded to the back, the nipple wleded to the cross-over line, and a fuel pressure tap on the passenger side rails between #4 and #6.

Weldon AFPR under the cowl, -6AN line back to the tank. I support a 500HP 381 with a dry 300-shot with that system. Balance includes a Bosch 205lph pump in the tank, another identical pump off a sump, only runs when the nitrous system is armed.

Return Line/FP gauge tap

-6AN welded to rail/AFPR

Thanks for the pictures. So your return line, you just welded a fitting in were the two line meet towards the front of the intake right????? I might try that.

Jeff Stevens is running larger fittings on a stock rail, he is looking for around 1000 HP this time, has already run high 9s at something like a 3750 raceweight, if they work this well why spend the dough.
