Smile Are these o2 sensor bungs (header pic)---

I am about to buy a set of headers from a guy and wasnt positive these are the o2 sensor plug-ins or if these are the emissions plug-ins. I want the offroad type, thanks ---

These are 3 peices, so they are the JET HOTs and not the HOOKER style right? ---

That is the connection for the air pump.

That's an emission hook up. You can just cap it off and be fine.

Yeah, that is the air pump fitting so I think that would eliminate them as being the "off-road" version.

O2 sensor connections would be located on the header collectors, not on the primary tubes. If the headers have three connections on the primaries, 2 are for the AIR connections, and one is for the EGR riser tube.

OK, thanks guys.....can both AIR and the EGR tube be capped off easily and not affect performance? I really appreciate the help ---

Does anyone know if these are the Jet Hot brand or JH Coated Hookers? Is the performance comparable to the pacesetters? ---

Yes you can cap off the emissions fittings. The loss of the air pump will have zero affect on the car and the removal of the EGR should not affect it either, but still questionable. Seeing that you have a 96, you will have to have your PCM tuned so you don't set an SES light. The performance of those headers will be similar to that of the Pacesetters.
