yes.. I got them to work on pacesetters.. they are a little too wide so the piping comes up short.. what I did was order a couple of the jegs 2.5" turndowns that are 14" long I beleive with the ends flared.. I cut the flares off with about three inches after the flare and slipped them on the x-pipe towards the headers.. this gave enough extension to mate everything up correctly.. you just need two extra clamps. I then used the rest of the turndowns in the end of the bullits.. I got the short exhaust hangers at the auto store and bolted the strap through the back of the rear seat tubs.. I will try to get some pics if anyone else is interested.

looks sweet. does the 2.5" fit better than the 3" or was it just personal preference for sound?

Yes please get some as I'd like to see how ground clearance is. Put a 12oz coke can under the bullets to give a good estimate of clearance.

Yes pics would be great, I'll be using Pacesetter's also. And a ground clearance shot.

Could I make this work with mid-length headers? All I'd have to get is some pipe put in place to take up the space left out by the headers and it should work right.

It's all just pipes. If you've got the resources or the money you can make it work. Of course, getting pipes to connect your headers to the x-pipe probably won't be very much fun.

It won't be hard. It wont' mess it up either, the mids come to about the oil pan and I can just put about 1 ft of pipe on ea. side to connect to the x-pipe and I think it'll be okay.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I am trying to sell this exact setup. All it needs is new flanges welded on. I have pictures if anyone needs, just PM me.

No, the Pacesetters I think are a little farther apart at the collectors than the Hookers which is why you need something like turndowns to make the X pipe kit fit.

Also, Pacesetters are 16 guage primaries compared to 18 guage for the Hookers, and the Pacesetters have 3/8" thick flanges. Basically, the Pacesetters are identical to build quality of the Jet-Hots except they're not coated on the inside like the Jet-Hots.

Yes, this setup will work with Hookers, they are spaced the same as the Jet Hots.
