Oil Pressure
my oil pressure gauge is pegged on the other side so i cant see what my oil pressure is. so when i went to look under the hood went to the back of the block and the wire that goes to the plug that goes in in the sensor is ripped out!! so now i have no oil pressure the wire for the plug is out.how can i fix this so i can get oil pressure again? the wire is there and when i unplugged the sensor i didnt see where the wire went into or anything.
Which side is the "other side"
? Do you mean its all the way over on the highest reading? That would be a sign the wire is disconnected. You probably actually have oil pressure, you just need to connect the wire. If "ripped out" means the wire/harness connector can no longer be connected to the sensor, you need a new sensor. If it means the wire is pulled out of the harness connector, you need a new "pigtail" (short length of wire with a new connector - part # on Shoebox's site).

There is only one wire. The "other" wire you see is a shadow from the flash. I guess I need to edit out the shadow, even though it says there is only one wire.
[edit]shadow removed.
