NO FUEL PRESSURE need help!!!!

i have no fuel pressure... at all....

hooked up the guage... nothing.....


what do i do next!!!!!!!!!

do you hear the fuel pump humming in the rear with the key turned to the ON position? does fuel squirt out of the valve on the fuel lines?

no humming

i'm gonna jump the pump....if that doesnt work.... gotta pull the pump!!!

might be a fuse to that pump.. id look for that first. i know there is one for the injectors so its possible theres one for the pump as well.

i disconnected the fuel lines... and turned the ignition on.... nothing came out except for a lil spillage!!!


i tried to prime the pump...... nothing........


anyone know a good fule pump install page... the over the seat kind!!!

As stated earlier did you try the fuse?

How did you try and prime the pump - with the gray connector under the hood? Did you check to make sure the fuel pump relay isn't bad..... a lot easier to change than the pump.

As Injuneer said. Relay or fuse can be bad. I'd try priming pump just simulating relay. Unfortunately that was not my case - at least there is no anti-siphon stuff in Crown Vic's gas tank

even if the relay was bad.... woldnt the primer connection near the pcm jump the pump?


i have a new relay and the car still doesnt run.... i just cut a huge hole in my floor board too for the pump!!!!

the prime connector is a direct line to the pump. if you jump that to hot it will send voltage back good relay or not.
