Name of this sensor ????
I need the name of the sensor that goes into the water pump that tells yours fans to turn on when hot enough.. Thx guys !!! Is it this one ? https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...+/+sensor,4748

No, that is the one for the gauge.

And to clarify, the sensor in the water pump tells the PCM what the coolant temperature is. The PCM uses that info to turn on the fans, and for other purposes like cold start A/F ratio enrichment, switching the programming to closed loop, etc.
