The LTCC is newly installed and have run well for 300 miles, but is running really bad lately. The red indicator is showing 2 and 3 blinks, both of which are related to wrong count hi-res pulses. Does that mean my opti sensor is shot or could it be something related to the wiring?

 

Could be high voltage interference... do you have any plug wires or other hight voltage wires near the Opti harness? Have you checked the connection at the Opti for corrosion?

 

The coils are on the valve cover and the ignition wires are short and not close to the harness, also checked the harness for corrosion and it was clean. I'll recheck the wiring as I've only installed it with the MSD harness with the option of going back to the original opti and single coil.
