Re: Ltcc setup instructions

Perhaps you have the wrong email address. I was just in contact with him last month. He is very quick to reply. Perhaps he is on vacation? Here is his email: bob@bailey-eng.com

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

Well no luck hearing from bob. Anyone have the newest ltcc kit with the sep 2step wire and sep timing retard wire... I wired the 2step to be energized when I hit the button and I cannot get it to work... anyone have any input thatd be great... the older version had a way to turn it on with switches but I don't have the same internals and I need the 3.0 instructions

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

Please keep us updated. I was just about to hook up my 2step today. My system has 2 white wires 1 with a black mark 1 without. Wish they would post some updated instructions for this system. Do you know if the 2step option can be used with the retard or are we limited to choosing one or the other ?

Mikey if you want text me 845-325-8231 I can send you them. I had another member post them on facebook for me... the yellow/blk is for the retard the solid yellow is for 2step.... the one sw sets the hard or soft two step.. the other whether its on or off changes the rpm settings based on the dial.

I just ran into this issue, the instructions have nothing about the 2 white wires. I just got the car running last night and had to figure it out myself that you dont hook up both white wires. I just guessed and figured it out what white wire to use. I am not even sure what the other white wire is for...

Also there are no 2-step instructions in my instructions for settings.

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

If you post a link, or can e-mail a .pdf, I can upload them to my albums, and put them in a "sticky" at the top of the page.

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

This seems to be the biggest complaint about the LTCC, the instructions! If we can get a sticky started it would improve the install experience.

On a side note: The car starts faster, accelerates smoother, throttle response is improved, manners are completely more behaved, and the 4500rpm+ pulls harder. Worth every penny

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

Hi,

I usually respond to emails very quickly. Sorry if I missed one.

Yes, the instructions are pretty sparse, I really need to go back thru them and add more detail as well as some pictures. Hopefully soon.

I emailed the pdf for the addendum to Don.

Re: Ltcc setup instructions

I am going to email them to Fred. Maybe Fred can start a sticky thread and we can help with pictures in that thread.
