what parts do i need and how do i do it

What year is your car? OBD1 or OBD2. You will need to plug the holes in the exhaust mainfolds 22mm for 94-95,

what about the smaller lines that run in the side of the manifold

You really need to tell us what year car you are talking about.... 93 is different than 94/95 is different than 96/97.
