You'll have to hook up a fuel pressure gauge and do a WOT run to see if you're losing pressure. If it's cutting out, I'd be inclined to say it's ignition related.

You're saying the pedal is only hard to push 1/2 of the way and then it feels like it comes loose? Or do you just mash it and not realize what you're doing?

Your TB cable or the TB itself could need adjustment. We can't solve your problems online.

Is it actually "cutting out" - completely losing power, like the ignition was shut off, or is it more like a "stutter" or a misfire? Is there some particular RPM, or an RPM/gear combination where this happens?

The LT4 knock module is designed to filter out the mechanical noise caused by the Crane Gold roller rockers used on the LT4 engine, and prevent that signal from reaching the PCM and causing knock retard.

Check the rubber inlet elbow (between the MAF sensor and throttle body) for tears, or for the bottom not fully on the throttle body.
