Hey another ? with a 58mm tb

Well all of you guys i think read my other post will a 58mm throttle body hurt my cars performance i have 1.6rr lt4 cam with springs egr delete ac dlete headers dual exhaust cold air

Our TB is dry flow, it is not like oversizing a carburator. If the intake is opened up for it and in the case of an automatic the pcm reprogrammed for it it should be slightly benificial. It will have a significant impact on throttle response, do not mistake that for power.

I don't believe anyone said it would HURT your car's performance. We just said the same thing as in the two posts above.... you don't NEED a 58mm throttle body. In fact, your last post in that thread asked "so with (will?) the 58mm hurt my cars performance"?
