Please need help tell me it's not the opti! I was at a light car was runing smooth then all the sudden shut off. When it started NO POWER. Would not accelorate even at WOT, nothing just poping and running like on 2 cylinders. No engine light just a real bad smell. Car was running fine all day...

 

Too little info for a diagnosis...

 

It just happend last night and is being towed now. All I can say it had no response. Hit the gas idle would not go up it would only stay around 400rpm and run on 2cyl.

planing a rebuild anyway may do it now. But not ready for it yet.

ordered a opti and ICM we'll see Right now just want to get it running until I get all my engine rebuild parts together.

 

Before I've pulled everything off Pulled #1 had spark but looked like not constant. Checked fuel press ok so pulling opti just in case want to do it any way since it looks orginal with 94k. Looks like my heads and cam are going on at the same time.
