If it is that noticeable, I would try to norrow it down to a point in the motor, then yank the intake and take a look at those lifters in that area, look over the cam etc. then button it back up and see.
Oilo additives are a temp fix, but if its a sticky lifty (disk inside lifter not responding etc) then they can "loosen" it.

Mine started doing that. Only after it warmed up. Kinda subtle sound. It turned out to be the #8 rod knocking. I had to pull the motor out of it and put a new crank and bearings in.
And YES, it will affect your performance because the knock sensor picks it up and retards the timing. Makes it run like a dog.

Car runs great... picksup fine and cruises no problem. So you think I should just try the Slick500? Should I do an oil change asap? Because I just did one less then 2 weeks ago

A clock tick does sound more like valvetrain.
