dyno numbers!!

Your dyno sheet should show "SAE corrected" HP. That would take into account the temperature, humidity, barometer, etc. A 50degF temperature drop is worth almost 10% on HP.

... so if I dyno my car in the fall or winter ill have 330rwhp, sounds like kind of a lot for an lt1, not doubting you just wondering why you dont hear of those kinds of numbers more often, do people generally not dyno when its cooler out??

i dynoed just that with a cutout and intake...

I'm not 100% sure on the meaning of it but i know that it takes into account the temp outside, dew point, barometric pressure, and the altitude you are at. That is the SAE correction. They use this so that you can compare 1/4mile #'s and dyno #'s and stuff like that. Because the same car isn't gonna dyno the same at 3,000 feet as they would at sea level. Also if its 100* you would dyno lower then you would at 50*. So it is just used to find an equal point so you can compare #'s and times farely. I hope that helped. Maybe somebody could word it better then me.

I dynoed 268/318 stock and 274/319 wiht cutout.
