Sounds like you are hydro-locked in at least one cylinder.
Check the oil for fuel contamination.
Pull the plugs and try cranking it over with the plugs out. If it was hydro locked check the injectors or the FPR for leakage.

Always a lot of confusion on what terms mean..... what do you mean by "will not turn over"? The starter does not engage? ... the starter engages, but will not cause the rotating assembly to move at all? .... the starter cranks the engine over, but it will not start?

When you say "i am familiar with and was aware of this 1 week prior to current issue.", do you mean you were getting those same three codes at least a week before the engine decided not to "turn over"?

The starter engages, but will not cause the rotating assembly to move more than what seems to be one cylinder ? The starter does engage( just so you are aware I replaced it 2 weeks ago ). A week ago the only code was P1441, Im familiar with it because it is the 3rd time dealing with it.

I checked the oil level and color look fine.

Fuel in the oil will not change the color. But the smell is unmistakeable.

So what happened after you pulled the plugs and tried cranking it?

Thanks Speedy, I'm having the car towed to my friends shop so that working on it can be done by me on the weekend and after work hours.Thats where I'll pull the plugs.

However , tonight i'll check the oil for fuel and report back tonight.

Engine completely done ? What do you think ? should I be placing ads "WTB 96 Camaro LT1 engine "?

Doubtful it's damaged, you're probably OK

Judging from the way you described the event. You are probably ok. You will want to pull up the fuel rails and turn on the fuel pump to see if any are leaking. Then attach a vacuum pump like a mity-vac brake bleeder to the FPR to see if it holds vacuum.

I would then pull all the plugs and while you have them out, check each one for spark. Then check each cylinder for compression if not leak down.
