Mine stopped... It was the brake booster line.. The rubber elbow was chipped.. It actually wasnt on at all.. Now it is.. If you call GM they have a PT for it... tell them to look at the exploded view of the PCV system and its part 543.. I ordered one.. Its about 4 dollars. if its not that... maybe you need a tune.. Is your car smoking at all??

Check your map sensor.. I read somewhere if it reads to high it will make it revv a bit.. Also check that brake booster line (throttle body, passenger side under return line). and your IAC, Make sure your stop screw is in! (blades closed). If you have an air foil take it out... It blocks the IAC and for this cam it wont run right, i took mine out and it was a night and day difference.. If you really want to keep it you need to make the little hole in the bottom bigger and grind the air foil..

country...

Sounds like you have multiple problems, I would start by changing o2 sensor. SES light for lean usually = bad o2. Back fire can also be do to rich exhaust from a bad o2.

If you like I have tunercat, I can tweak your idle a bit and check if the tune you got is causing any of your problems.

306 cam should run fairly decent on stock tune.

The O2 sensors are reading lean because of the lope.. its normal i found out.. Its running fine, i need a tune and thats about it.. If you can still check if the tunes causing any of my problems that would be cool..

Would running rich cause a bit of smoke? Smell horrible and burn your eyes?

Now how can i make sure i did this install right? Make sure there are no internal problems? Everything seems fine except for the tune.

Felpro head gaskets only need to be torqued once right? I dont have to go back in and retorque them? Not that it wouldnt be a bad idea.. Just lazy..

Country, your car is fine(mechanically). The smell is a combination of running rich, and running no cats. Once you get tuned, you should be all set, although there is always going to be a funny smell from the cat delete.

OK i just started my car to move it and the car didnt start good.. It started and the RPMs stayed around 500-600 and the whole car was shaking, then the SES light came on.. I shut it off and left it alone.. Whats the problem there?

If that were true about the lope, that would render your o2's useless.

Also check your IAC valve for carbon biuld up, that may also be causing your idle problem. A temporary fix would be to tweak your tb blades (adj. screw) so more air can pass.

Yes, I can check it if you like, let me know when is a good time.
You may be surprised at how well a modded car can run with minimal tuning.

.. More and more problems.. Im getting it tuned this sunday, but.. I have a horrible manifold leak, Im gonna try and fix that tomorrow, that should only take me about 3 hours.. Something happened to my car when i was shifting from 1st to 2nd gear.. power shifting.. The car hit the rev limiter, now everytime i do that it hits the revlimiter and feels like the engine is about to blow. I have a few rockers loose aswell.. GRR! I should be all done by monday...

DO FELPRO GASKETS NEED TO BE RETOURQUED? IS IT GOOD FOR THEM OR BAD?

You are refering to head gaskets? It wont hurt to re-torque them.
Why is your (intake?) manifold leaking? If you just put it back together it should not leak unless you did something wrong.
