Bleed the air out of the system by unscrewing the brass shrader valves until some coolant comes out and then retighten them. You may have some bubbles in your sysytem.
good luck

You are running pig fat. Your plugs are fouling out and causing hesitation and stumbling at low rpm. If you continue driving it, it will completely foul the plugs and the car will stop running until you change plugs,

If you can not afford a tune, unplug the o2's. It will get you by for a while.

Update.... The scanner shows im getting 18-23 degrees of spark advance and 0 degrees knock retard.. When the SES light comes on the scanner doesnt pick it up as a current code but yet a history code and says the left O2 Sensor is lean.. The Idle Air says 60-70 at times, that seems fine to me.. all sensors ar working.. Im thinking I just need a tune.. Road Rage what do you mean pigfat? you saying i need new plugs?

check for vacuum leaks!

Mine did the exact same thing you described, turns out i had a vacuum leak. A hose came loose, didnt find it til i really looked around. Put the hose back where it was suppose to go, runs fine now.

Just an idea if you hadnt already thought about it yet

I checked ALL of the vacume lines.. They are all in there and tight..

EDIT:: also there is a slight whistle at idle that stops once you touch the gas..

That normally would be do to a vacume leak! Do a vacume check and see how much vacume your pulling @ idle and compare it to other people w/ the cc306. Make sure to note what the rpm and vac are at the same time.

When the car gets hot, what are the conditions of driving? Just when you are sitting still? Does it run cooler when you are driving?

Condtions remain the same when the car is hot or cold.. doesnt matter, the idle though seems lower as the temp goes up.. When im driving the temp goes down a little bit.. Its fine now though, just had air in the system..

Just making sure. Mine was doing that too.... turned out to be a head gasket. Sounds like it might be a programming thing though.

Mine would get real hot at idle, but cool down driving. Look for your radiatior fill tube cap to pop off without any reason. Big indicator there.
