Best place to connect vacuum guage?

Where should I connect a vacuum gauge to get an accurate reading?

Also what rpm ranges should I get a reading from?

Hey, were is River Ridge?

I connect mine on the driverside egr port coming of the plenum. You may get a code if you still have egr though.

River Ridge is about 15min west of New Orleans...

I do have the EGR still connected but I will try there.
I'm just trying to get a good vacuum reading.
