98+ SS spoiler on 1996 z28 lt1, need help mounting!
98+ SS spoiler on 1996 z28 lt1, need help mounting!
What's up everyone. So I just got my spoiler and got it painted already. It came with a third brake light, some foam pads that are gaskets(?), connector to link brake wiring to brake light and bolts. Now here are my questions. 1.) Do I remove the old adapter on my brake wiring that connected to my old third brake light (RS spoiler) and twist it together or connect the new third brake light inside of the adapter/linker that came with it that links it to my brake wiring?2.) How do I make the two supports on the spoiler lay nice and flat on the trunk lid perfectly without having to drill holes? (Dont really want to drill any holes.)
3.) Do I need to place the foam pads underneath the spoiler where they are meant to go, or no?
Thanks for anyone answering these questions and guiding me step by step on how to mount this spoiler. P.sI would post photos of it but I don't know how to post them on the forum.

I don't own a Camaro.... I have no experience with the spoiler. I just know you have to wire in a relay, or the LED CHMSL won't work. Shoebox has a guide, which you may already have seen.
