I got mine put on for 30$. I hear usually people get off from 20-40. My shop told me 20 on the phone and they cutoff my pipe and were whining that it was a 100$ job. I yelled at the boss and he told me 30 is fine.

Yeah I gained 10 from opening the cutout back when the car was almost stock(flowmaster muffler was the only exhaust mod), then gained about 30(went from 380ish to 410 hp with same flowmaster muffler and long tubes) after the heads and cam... then I did the 383 and put on a hooker catback and only gained like 2 hp with it open. All in all I still drive around with it open alot, loud as hell with long tubes and no cats, but sounds bad ***. Hooker catbacks flow pretty well though eh? I know I was suprised...
