just took my old radiator out put new one in put thermostat in new anti freeze stopped the leaks but now my coolant fans will not cut on ? this will cause car heat up in ideal ?? i put new fuses in it spent about 100bucks on fuses today still will not cut on ???

 

How hot is it getting? Fans don't even start to operate until 226*F with stock programming, or if you turn the A/C on.

Did you reconnect the coolant temp sensor in the water pump? PCM needs that signal to operate the fans. And, there are codes that will set in the PCM if the relay circuits are bad. If the coolant temp sensor is connected, there are no codes for the fan relay circuits, check the power supply to the fan motors. Come through a fusible link at the red battery "+" box.

After performing the tests Injuneer mentioned, try re-bleeding the cooling system. I've seen this before caused by excessive air in the system, causing the temp differences reported by the two temp sensors, preventing the fans from turning on at their programmed temps.
