Second choice would be Opti. Mine went out at 100K.
Also, if it is either of the above you will notice the symptoms getting progressively worse over time, affecting different gears or bogging at lower and lower rpms.
The Opti does more bogging whereas the toasted tranny, at least in my case, felt like it was hitting the rev limiter requiring me to let off on the accelerator a bit before it would change gears.
