inline fuel pumps

just got an inline fuel pump to hook up for some engine mods. has no directions. do they work in conjunction with the stock, in-tank fuel pump? or do i still need to remove the in-tank stocker?

Re: inline fuel pumps

Yes. You connect the signal for the inline fuel pump relay to the hot wire for the stock in tank pump. That way they both come on together. NOS has a very good setup for installing an inline pump, without cutting anything (although its hard to tell if it will work with your car, since you didn't tell us anything about it).

If you're interested, I can fax you the info, which includes a wiring diagram.
