its a great first car huh? ive had mine for 3 years and love it. as for the fuel pump, if it says OE then it will fit, if not its an aftermarket part. my advice, google 94 z28 fuel pump, click images, and compare that size and width etc.. to a stock one. its the best way to tell

Its list as a "Walbro Alternative". My first question for the seller would be "what country is it manufactured in?" - seriously.

If you plan on modding the car a fair bit I'd take this opportunity to get a Walbro 255lph, otherwise I'd just get whatever factory replacement. Just remember, there's typically a direct correlation between quality and price. My dad bought a generic Advance Auto Parts fuel pump for his '99 Suburban and it was DOA so he had to exchange it and pay his mechanic to do the fuel pump install twice.

If you're doing the fuel pump install yourself and don't want to drop the gas tank from the bottom, check this out. http://www.fastbird93.com/installations/racetronix.htm

When my cheap Ebay pump went after 20 minutes I did the trap door thing with new (non-Ebay) pump all in about an hour.

You can get a real Walbro 255 for ~$100. The one you posted isn't a Walbro. It's a cheap off brand pump.

TRE has both the Walbro pump& their own version of it. I was thinking of the TRE one until i did a chk. on mine which showed the pressure to be in within specs.

I already explained - the pump in your link is a Walbro ALTERNATIVE. That means its NOT a Walbro.... its somebody's rip-off, probably made in a third-world country, in the total absence of any sort of quality standards or quality control.
