I had essentially the same turbo on my LT1. Mine was a tv7512, and the turbos are near identical. On 22psi, mine was maxed out, and maybe 1000 at the flywheel, but not at the wheels. Given, my wastegate was setup for 18, and it had a small spike, but it was only for an instant or two.

Now if he upgrades to the 88 wheel.....

Jay, I wish I would have kept my tv75 just for unique-ness. Now I am playing around with that common ole s400

Congrats man! Nothing like a "man cave" for your car and tools
I wish I had mine back. I went from a two car enclosed, two car patio(total of 4 car parking spaces) to a gravel road. Lol.... Now get to work on the domestic front so you can get back to boost related fun.

Will prob finish the hotside then yank the motor and paint the bay! Also cut the rad support out and make a rad mount.

I also have a High Rise single plane intake on the way, will be doing a Accel 4150 style TB that flows 1550 CFM and a hat on top , Also going to a distributor and megasquirt

Apparently the lens was dirty hahaha

Sweet! That's a badass looking piece there. Hahaha.. I know what you mean about Summit/Jegs/others...
I just got my TH350 tranny cooler kit from Summit and just ordered some Scorpion 1.7 ratio .150 offset rockers. That'll put my I/E lift at .607/.602.

Keep the pictures coming !

Well the headers are done... no clue where to place the turbo yet, seriously contemplating going back to a regular waterpump bc the electric takes up too much space. Well see tho.

Yeah. Isn't that in another post/thread around here? The guy got some GREAT gains by switching to the single plane. Customizing seemed to come down to;
  • Cutting down/off the SBC thermostat/water housing in front
  • Plugging or welding shut the distributor hole in the back
  • Welding the intakes bolt holes up and drilling new 'LT1' oriented bolt holes
That was about it, right?
