Possible 93 PCM causing me Problems!

I bought a PCM out of a junkyard in Dallas and im wondering if it's a 93 PCM now.
First off i've had all kinds of wire Probs. mainly with the BCM.
But I just purchased TunerCats & Datamaster and I cannot read the PCM in Tunercats and the Datamaster keeps loosing connection. Also reads 128MPH at Idle sometimes.
throwing many codes. 43, 48 mainly.
I have a 96 formula and purchased the 94-95 software for TC and DM.

scratch that it's a 94 or 95 PCM.
I have the right def file as well. Also tried slowing the bit rate down.
any suggestions

you need to check that the wire colors are correct for the different pcms and getting it running first before tuning. sounds like a bad ground or power problem. possible bad computer

You'll know if it is a 93 cause it will have the panel to access the chip. A 93 pcm will not work in your car.

Sounds like you might have a faulty PCM. I'd be tempted to take it apart and make sure there's no water in it, or corrosion.

ok heres the deal. I already have had it dyno tuned and it worked fine. It is in fact a PCM from either a 94 or 95 camaro. That's the thing I dont get that it has already been tuned and I cant get it to stay connected That's why I dont think it's a bad PCM.
The tuner used lt1edit and I have tunercat. I must be doing something wrong.
Yes I still have a problem with the BCM as well but im having to jump the Theft deterrent relay to even start the car. But I dyno tuned with it like that. Then we checked over all grounds and added 3 grounds from the block to the chassis.
Im at a loss. And I have the right def file im sure.
Im just at a loss
