Anyone with DFI

Help me out...

I have a few questions and a dyno one day this week so I'm trying to get it all figured out.

1. cut off after a burnout.....I tried upping the IAC but did the same.
2. hard to start, have to hit the gas
3. Pops and sputters in rpm under load.....I think it is lean but not sure, Possibly my injectors are too small (30's, Probly my fault for taking someones advice on that)

Its possible I had a vac. leak from the intake gasket also, I just installed new haskets today but they were oily in some areas and looked like it may be leaking or sucking air in

Just getting into tuning the DFI system myself... But I would definitely suggest getting the vacuum leak straightened out. What are you using for intake gaskets?

Well I'm not even sure I had a leak......I replced them anyway....

I tried a felpro gasket and then I made some also.....I was going to stick it on the dyno today but not sure if I should waste my time since I can't do anything wih it. The cam is so damn big I can't do much with it

I've had alot of issues with the GM LT1 gaskets, the Felpro's have yet to fail me ever.

Not sure what to tell you about the cut-off after a burnout... Does it actually stall/stop running? I had issues with mine coming off of WOT with the stock pcm and alot of it was my aftermarket throttle body. I had to drill a bypass hole in the IAC passage as well as play with the blade position and TPS alot to get it to quit.

As far as the hard starting, I cant remember the table names but their is a table or two to adjust... PITA but. I'll look em up when I get home today and let you know. I have mine really close, but i still have to press the pedal when the car is hot.

Pops and sputters... Do you have any wideband data?
