Stock Speaker Replacement

I need to replace my stock 6x9's that are on the sides of the passenger seats, now I'm not a big car audio guru so something average would be suffcient to me. What would be a good set of 6x9's to fit in there that are under 100 a piece? Also what kind of amp would be good to push the front components and the mid 6x9's? Thanks in advanced.

Also excuse the newbness of the post

Whoops like I said I am not much into audio just want to replace the stock speakers. Excuse my ignorance. What size speakers are throughout the car, I am planning to take the rear hatch speakers out for a roll bar to be put in so I don't need those. I just need suggestions for the ones by the back seat and the ones on the door panel. I also have a 1994 Firehawk if that makes it any easier. Again if anything is wrong feel free to correct me Nice car BTW.

The woofers are all oversized 6.5"ers. Also called 6.5S or 6.75"ers.

As for amps, go with a good name brand (MTX, Kicker, RF, etc.). Stay away from the cheap stuff like Pyramid, Profile, Pyle and crap like that. Since you didn't mention wanting a subwoofer a 4 channel amp would probably be best for you.

What do you intend to use for an HU?

how did you do your head unit install? Did you do a rewire for the speakers, or did you use an adaptor to keep the speakers?

Used the stock wiring harness with the adapter for the head unit. I bought it used from a friends so he had all the wires into a neat wiring harness that fit perfect from the dash to the brain and back to the changer. But I didn't have to rewire any of my speakers. But the head unit doesn't have enough power to push the stock speakers so they sound REALLY bad. So I figured I would get some aftermarket one's and hook them up to an amp.
