I've got two sets of focal 165v components. All their specs say are 75w nominal and 150w max. Are these rms or peak power ratings?

I was looking at a Alpine MRV-F340 to power these, which is 55wrms x 4 at 4 ohms and 65wx4 at 2 ohms. Is this a good choice?

The focals are an excellent choice. The amp seems to be a good choice as the power rating is right around the rms of the speakers.
